Winter in the North East of Victoria has arrived with a quiet kind of splendour-crisp morning air, curling fog, and frosted paddocks. This winter has started with a shortage of rain, the paddocks look green, but the ground is dry. Hopefully we will get some good falls over the next few weeks.
