Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your Showalux product, please always contact us first.
If you receive a faulty product, or the product was incorrectly described or labelled; contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If we agree that the product does not meet the description, or was incorrectly labelled, we will, on agreement, replace the item or provide a refund of purchase price including shipping.
If the item is faulty, and the fault is unlikely to have occurred through abnormal use, the item is to be returned at our cost, and we will, with your agreement, replace the product, or if we are unable to provide you with a replacement we will, with your agreement, refund the purchase price (and delivery price, if any).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
