Are your products handmade? 

Yes, all of our formulations have been developed by us, and handcrafted in small batches to ensure exceptional quality, freshness, and attention to detail. We believe luxury begins with care and craftsmanship.

What ingredients do you use?

We use premium, skin-loving ingredients such as exotic butters (like Murumuru and Mango butters), cold-pressed oils, botanical extracts, and pure essential oils or fine fragrances. Our formulations are thoughtfully designed to nourish the skin and all our ingredients have been sourced from other Australian small businesses.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are suitable for sensitive skin, as we have made them available as fragrance and /or colourant free. However, we always recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have known sensitivities.

Do you use artificial fragrances or colours?

We use both essential oils and high-quality, skin-safe fragrance blends. Any colourants used are carefully selected, including natural clays that are gentle and non-irritating. If you’re looking for fragrance-free or colour-free options, we have those too.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Our entire range is cruelty-free, and many products are vegan (look for the (v) at the end of product name). We do not test on animals, and we carefully source from ethical suppliers who share our values. 

How should I store your soaps and shower products?

To prolong their life, always put lids back on your products and store in a dry area away from standing water. For soaps, we recommend using a well-draining soap dish to allow them to dry between uses. Products make be affected by extreme heat, so are not recommended to be left in hot cars etc.

How long will my soap last?

This depends on usage and storage, but typically, our soaps last 2–3 weeks with daily use. Products stored correctly and used sparingly may last even longer.

Can I send your products as a gift?

Absolutely. Our products make elegant gifts for any occasion. We offer gift wrapping and can include a personalised note at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within Australia, and small items under 1kg can be shipped internationally. We’re working on offering more international shipping options soon—join our mailing list for updates.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns once used. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us—we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. See our full returns policy for more information.
