Shipping Information

Once we receive your order online, your item/s will be dispatched within 2 business days (except local delivery). We will notify you within 48 hours if your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason.

Shipping (within Australia)

We offer a flat rate of $5 for local deliveries to the 3677 postcode area.  Deliveries will be made each Friday for all orders placed prior to COB Thursday.

We offer a flat shipping rate for all postal orders delivered within Australia.

You can choose Standard shipping @ $12, or Express Post @ $25

Please check your shipping address is correct. Returned orders due to you providing an incorrect address will incur a delivery charge to re-ship the order.

Free Shipping (within Australia) for orders over $100.00

We are excited to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100, and free Express Shipping for orders over $250, within Australia ONLY.

Shipping (International)

We offer a flat rate of (AUD) $25 for international standard shipping on orders that weigh less than 1kg.  Please email us via the Contact Us form if you wish for a quote on larger orders.

Estimated Shipping Time-frames

We do not offer delivery time guarantees as Showalux Pty Ltd have no control over delays with Australia Post. 

Delivery within Australia, using standard post generally takes between 2 – 10 business days to arrive depending on your postcode and location. Further information regarding Australia Post regular delivery times can be found here.

Delivery within Australia, using express post generally takes between 2 – 3 business days to arrive depending on your location. Although this may be longer if you live outside the Australia Post express network. For further information regarding Australia Post express delivery times, please click here.

International delivery times with vary depending on destination.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, which will include your Australia Post tracking number.
