Granny's Larder (Old Fashion Lye Soap)

The soap from Granny's Larder is based on old fashioned lye soap, with a few added extras. These soaps contain Lavandin and Rosemary essential oils, for a lovely, "barely there" fragrance. Soap is a "natural" colour, with no added colours.
Lard soaps are a harder bar, and have a rich lather, with large soapy bubbles. Lard soaps have traditionally been recommended for sensitive skins.
Ingredients: Lard, Water, Extra virgin olive oil, Coconut oil, Sodium hydroxide, Murumuru Butter, Caster oil, Aussie white clay, Lavandin grosso essential oil, Rosemary (Moroccan) essential oil.
Soap Care: The extra skin loving butters and oils in Showalux soaps means a little more TLC is required. Showalux soaps are a lot softer than mass produced products, so please store your new soaps somewhere dry (undies draw is a good option) until needed for use. To ensure you get the best from your soap make sure it free drains between uses.
Safety: For external use only. Keep out of eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with cold running water. Do not use on broken or damaged skin. If a rash or irritation develops, discontinue use. Test product for any skin irritation on a small area of the skin prior to use. Please check ingredient list for possible allergens.
